Bride's Checklist - 2 Weeks Prior to the Wedding

2 to 1 week prior

• Finalize Ceremony Seating
• Print Out an Assigned Seating Report for the Reception. (By printing a "Seating Assignment Report" from "Seating Arrangement" you will know at what table each of your guests is seated.)
• Print Out Place Cards. (Just a click and "Seating Arrangement" will print out "Placement Cards" for all of your attending guests.)
• Print out the "Gift Tracking System" from "Seating Arrangement". This will give you the tools and guide you in the correct way to keep track of your gifts and who gave what.
• Send Songlist That You Would Like Played to Band or DJ.
• Make Appointment to Have Wedding Bouquet Preserved.
• Pick Up Honeymoon Tickets.
• Give Caterer a Copy of the "Totals Report", So That He Can Have An Accurate Guest Count. (By printing a "Totals Report" from "Seating Arrangement" your caterer will know how many guests will be attending and each of their meal choices that they requested.)
• Reconfirm With All Vendors.
• Pack
• Finalize Motorcoach Details. (Get Driver's Name and make sure he has directions. Assign a Friend as the Contact Person)

  Check to see that you have all the details:

• Ring Pillow
• Cake Knife
• Toasting Glasses

The Day Before The Wedding

• Pick Up Rented Attire. (Make Sure Ahead of Time That the Store Will Be Open the Day You Plan To Go.)
• Attend the Rehearsal and Dinner.
• Get a Good Nights Sleep.
     Rest easy, everything is done and it's going to be beautiful…

After the Day

• Enter All of Your Gifts Into "Seating Arrangement" according to the "Gift Tracking System".
• Let "Seating Arrangement" create professional Thank You Card's, on the preprinted paper you chose, that not only thank your guests for coming, but also for the specific gift they brought.
• Mail Out the Thank You Card's in the Addressed Envelopes That "Seating Arrangement" made.
