Seating Arrangement is a Wedding and Event Planning software, designed to take the anxiety out of Guest Management and the Seating Assignment process. The main features of Seating Arrangement include:
- Design a Floor Plan, in which you can easily arrange tables, stage, dance floor, etc. in a graphical manner.
- Manage your Guest List, where you can organize Guests by Primary and Secondary Groups, track RSVP, keep gift records, and much more.
- Assign Seating, where you will specify, again in a graphical manner, which guests will sit at what tables.
- View Reports about your guests and event.
- Print your Floor Plan, Guest List, RSVP cards, Place Cards and Mailing Labels.
